This website has no forms and no member login, and does not ask for your name or contact details. When you browse the site we record general browsing information: your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device type, operating system and browser, the pages you view and when, the site or advertising link that referred you, and a randomly generated visitor ID stored in a cookie so that repeat visits can be recognised.

If you contact us by email, telephone or another channel, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, organisation, job title, telephone number and email address, together with whatever your enquiry contains.

Information we receive is used only to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and deliver training or consultancy, and for the related administration and accounts.

Browsing information is used to understand how visitors find us, to improve the website and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Legal basis: handling enquiries and delivering services is necessary to perform, or take steps towards, a contract with you, or is in our legitimate interest in responding to you. Recording browsing information and using analytics and advertising tools is based on your consent for visitors from the United Kingdom, the European Union and Switzerland, and on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website for visitors elsewhere.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or for any retention period required by law; browsing information is kept for no more than 13 months. We take reasonable steps to guard against unauthorised access to, processing of or erasure of that data.

The website is hosted by Vercel, browsing information is stored on Upstash servers in Asia, and Google and Meta may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

This website uses a first party cookie holding a random visitor ID, and uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to analyse browsing and measure advertising. Google and Meta process that data under their own privacy policies. Web fonts are served through Google Fonts.

For visitors from the United Kingdom, the European Union and Switzerland, we record browsing information and load analytics and advertising tools only after you choose Accept. Any visitor can choose Decline at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of each page, after which nothing further is recorded.

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to restrict or to object to its processing, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time (choose Decline under Cookie settings at the foot of each page).

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you also have the right to request access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you.
