Built for tertiary students and young professionals about to enter the workplace. Starting from first impressions, it covers etiquette for social and business settings, choosing professional dress, and basic skincare and grooming. The session is built around practice: participants work on posture and walking in the room and pair up for an eye contact challenge, so the technique becomes habit.
